Preparing leaders advancement now (P.L.A.N.)

The P.L.A.N. Program helps young people find their power and with it their voice. This will assist them in developing lifelong leadership roles. Our Leadership Workshop is based on a sincere and solid belief that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow but can be leaders right now.

In some ways leadership is at its highest level with young people. Leadership about influence  and young people are influenced by each other more than any other group. Every young person has the opportunity to influence the people around him or her on a daily basis. Leadership is also about awareness of ones’ own influence and consciously deciding on how and when and to what purpose to use that influence.

The P.L.A.N. Program helps to reduce high school dropout rates by focusing on career development conflict resolution, peer mediation, anger management, social skills and placing a high value on education as foundation to attain success.
